Nothing’s perfect. But if your leadership is toxic, you will always live in fear. Accept your imperfect peer – run from your toxic leader(s).
Demonstrate, and live, the behavior you wish to experience.
If it’s acceptance and inclusion, embrace.
If it’s courage and fortitude, support.
