There’s research out there that shows a great mechanism to develop resilience to stress is human connection.

Maybe the practical step to transform stress from a bad thing to a good thing is to connect.

Connect by reflecting back to those around us that they are enough – so they can experience confidence and support.

That would be caring, I think. And one of the least stressful things I can imagine doing.
